Business Development Senior Officer

About the role

Diligent Financial Services S.A.L. (DFS), a licensed financial institution regulated by the Lebanese Capital Markets Authority, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Senior Officer to join its Beirut team. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about financial markets, client relationship management, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across financial markets, forex, commodities and trading products.
• Acquire, retain and expand a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage relationships with business partners and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen the referral network.
• Generate leads through personal network and proactive outreach.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, sales or business development.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
• Existing network and proven capability to generate leads.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, forex, commodities and trading products.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the MT5 trading platform.
