Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Automation

About the role

Byblos Vista is looking for a Business Analyst who loves turning chaotic processes into scalable systems. You will work on US‑based facilities management and real‑estate operations, moving beyond reporting to actually building and implementing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver practical fixes.
• Transform messy workflows into clear, repeatable processes.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards that reflect real performance.
• Create SOPs and process maps that teams can follow easily.
• Test and roll out AI and automation tools.
• Build no‑code automations using Zapier, Make, n8n or HubSpot.
• Collaborate across departments to move ideas from concept to execution.
• Clean and structure data to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• Think in systems rather than isolated tasks.
• Can simplify complex problems and make them actionable.
• Strong ownership mindset; proactive without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, unstructured environments.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Zapier.
