Bridal Assistant Stylist

About the role

The Hour Dress, a premium designer dress rental boutique operating in Lebanon and the UAE, is seeking a full‑time Bridal Assistant Stylist for its Beirut location. You will work directly with clients to help them select and fit bridal and special‑occasion gowns, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in choosing and trying on bridal, engagement, and evening dresses.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain a smooth client flow.
• Provide personalized styling advice tailored to each client’s preferences and event.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and the inventory team to keep the collection fresh.
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for fashion, especially luxury bridalwear.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with luxury fashion or bridalwear is advantageous.
