Brand Promoter Operations Executive

About the role

KristiesLab is seeking a proactive and highly organized Brand Promoter Operations Executive to lead the recruitment, coordination, and day‑to‑day management of its promoter and brand ambassador network. You will ensure every activation runs smoothly, from talent sourcing to post‑event reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, recruit and onboard promoters and brand ambassadors, maintaining an up‑to‑date talent database.
• Assign and schedule promoters according to client needs, manage bookings, and handle last‑minute staffing changes.
• Coordinate briefing sessions, ensure delivery of uniforms, logistics, schedules and activation materials.
• Monitor promoter attendance, punctuality, professionalism and performance during each activation.
• Collect attendance records, timesheets, daily reports and activation photos; maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management and HR teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and approved working hours.
