About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized individual to help build two emerging luxury brands from the ground up. This full‑time position blends brand strategy, business development, partnerships, product launches, digital platforms, and customer experience, offering a dynamic week‑to‑week environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for two emerging luxury brands.
• Research markets, competitors, and industry trends.
• Identify and engage potential partners, retailers, designers, and collaborators.
• Support international sales initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Manage website content, product launches, and online merchandising.
• Coordinate photography, content creation, and brand storytelling.
• Assist with social media planning and campaign execution.
• Handle customer inquiries, order flow, and operational follow‑up.
• Support new product development from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, creatives, and external agencies.
• Help build internal systems, processes, and workflows as the brands scale.

• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for connecting with people.
• Appreciation for good design, quality products, and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learner who takes ownership and acts proactively.
• Confidence using AI tools and modern productivity software.
• Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic a plus).
