BIM Lead – Drive BIM Implementation Across Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to join our team in Lebanon. You will be responsible for driving BIM implementation across multiple construction projects, ensuring high‑quality, clash‑free models and seamless coordination among all disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance with client and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist models to achieve integrated, clash‑free designs.
• Manage BIM coordination meetings, resolve design and construction conflicts using BIM tools.
• Oversee model quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Review models for constructability, coordination, and specification compliance.
• Generate coordination, clash detection, and model‑based construction documentation.
• Support quantity take‑offs, 4D planning, and 5D cost integration where applicable.
• Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and control model versions.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Modelers, promoting best practices and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a BIM Lead or BIM Manager role.
• Experience with construction, fit‑out, hospitality, commercial, or high‑rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and coordination workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and multi‑project management skills.
