Bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate

About the role

As a Bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate, you will be the first point of contact for corporate clients and employers partnering with Capital Placement to run talent programs across the region. You will combine client relationship management with end‑to‑end recruitment coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of internships and talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend suitable program structures.
• Support day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment and talent programs, managing high‑volume client accounts.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using Rena, the in‑house AI interviewer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, program execution, and completion.
• Maintain accurate records across all systems and databases.
• Analyze client and program data, surface insights, and share recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve client experience and streamline workflows.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them with sound judgement.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with no concurrent studies or freelance commitments.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Comfortable managing corporate client relationships across the region.
• Strong communicator with a client‑first mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple programs.
• Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of outcomes.
