Barista – Full‑time Café Service

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our on‑site team in Lebanon. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages while delivering friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders and operate coffee machines and related equipment.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to high quality standards.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.
• Support light food preparation linked to beverage service.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and food‑handling guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous barista experience, preferably in a café or restaurant.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of English or French is a plus.
