Audit Manager

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead its internal audit function. You will work closely with senior management, guide a team of auditors, and help strengthen the organization’s risk and control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and organizational priorities.
• Plan, execute, and oversee financial, operational, compliance, and risk‑based audits.
• Prepare, review, and approve audit reports, ensuring clear communication of findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and report progress to senior management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk‑management frameworks.
• Identify key business risks and propose practical solutions to improve controls and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and guidance to audit team members.
• Support special investigations, process‑improvement initiatives, and strategic projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Audit, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive audit experience, including at least 3 years in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and travel frequently abroad for audit engagements.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
