Associate Media Planner (Entry Level)

About the role

The Media Planning Executive will support the development and execution of effective media plans to enhance clients' online presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. This entry‑level position offers the chance to learn media planning fundamentals and grow within a dynamic media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in researching target audiences, market trends, and media consumption habits to inform strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Help prepare media briefs, presentations, and reports for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with media vendors and internal teams (creative, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and contribute to performance reports, identifying insights and improvement areas.
• Assist in managing media budgets, tracking expenditure, and reconciling invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of media plans, insertion orders, and campaign details.
• Stay updated on the latest media trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of media planning principles and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
