About the role

The Associate Creative Director (Art) leads the visual design and art direction of advertising campaigns. Working closely with copywriters, designers, and the Creative Director, this role ensures that every visual element aligns with the overall strategy and resonates with the target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine creative concepts in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee the production of visual assets, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and guide art directors, designers, and junior staff.
• Assign teams, inspire creativity, and manage workload across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with account management to meet client expectations and deliver compelling presentations.
• Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and inspiration.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and contribute to agency growth strategies.
