Art Director – Lead Creative Studio

About the role

Horecons is seeking an experienced and highly creative Art Director to lead the visual direction of its Creative Studio. You will transform ideas, strategies, and client briefs into powerful concepts and distinctive visual experiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative and visual direction for Horecons and client projects.
• Translate strategies and briefs into strong creative concepts and visual territories.
• Direct projects across branding, campaigns, social media, events, exhibitions, digital, motion, and experiential design.
• Guide Graphic Designers, 3D Designers, Motion Designers, Video Editors, and other creative resources.
• Conduct creative reviews, develop moodboards, key visuals, style frames, and campaign concepts.
• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and collaborate with Social Media Strategists and Events & Exhibitions teams.
• Integrate graphics, motion, 3D, digital content, screens, and interactive elements into physical experiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitches, client presentations, and creative workshops.
• Research international creative trends and help establish studio processes, standards, and design systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in art direction, creative design, branding, advertising, or related disciplines.
• Previous senior role such as Art Director, Associate Art Director, Creative Lead, or equivalent.
• Strong background in a creative, branding, advertising, experiential, or integrated agency environment.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a breadth of visual work.
