Armenian Language Expert – AI Training Specialist

About the Role

Are you a linguistic expert looking to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence? We are seeking highly skilled Armenian Language Specialists to join our cutting-edge AI training initiative, focusing on enhancing the reasoning and cultural intelligence of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).

Main Missions

• Engage in complex, natural conversations with AI models in Armenian to evaluate linguistic performance.
• Test models on advanced nuances including phonetics, morphology, syntax, and regional dialects.
• Assess semantic precision, contextual interpretation, and cultural relevance.
• Document and categorize model failures with high precision to improve reasoning capabilities.
• Propose actionable improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy and ensure the model respects colloquial expressions and cultural nuances.

Candidate Profile

• Expert-level mastery of the Armenian language (including various dialects and colloquialisms).
• Advanced understanding of linguistics (phonetics, morphology, syntax).
• Strong metacognitive skills with the ability to "show your work" through clear, logical documentation.
• Ideally holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics, Armenian Studies, Translation, or a related field.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, linguistic documentation, or community leadership is a significant plus.

Work Conditions
