Architect

About the role

The Architect will lead the design and execution of construction projects, overseeing every phase from concept to hand‑over. This position combines office‑based design work with on‑site supervision to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated solutions.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural details.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Resolve on‑site issues and provide technical support during construction.
• Manage coordination with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and report on architectural activities.
• Assist in material selection and ensure finishes meet standards.
• Handle authority submissions and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare snag lists, oversee rectifications, and participate in project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
