About the role

AB+Group is seeking a qualified Architect to lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects in Abidjan. The role combines creative design, technical detailing, and project management to deliver aesthetically compelling, functional, and sustainable built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and produce detailed technical drawings.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate multidisciplinary solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and urban planning requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate sustainable building practices into every project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (required); Master’s degree or certifications in sustainable design are a plus.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or public construction projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Expert proficiency in Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Familiarity with digital workflows and integration of technical software into the design process.
