Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of cutting‑edge buildings and structures that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative architectural designs that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure successful project execution.
• Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents using advanced architectural software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high‑quality results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Provide expert advice and creative solutions to address complex architectural challenges.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the architectural team.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Professional architecture license or certification.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in Lebanon.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
