Annual Giving Manager

About the role

The Advancement Entity at Lebanese American University is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead and expand its annual fundraising program across both the Beirut and Byblos campuses. Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, the manager will coordinate multi‑channel donor outreach, engage alumni, and support university-wide initiatives such as Giving Day.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement annual giving strategies that include direct mail, email, digital campaigns, phonathons, and special events.
• Collaborate with deans, libraries, athletics, graduate studies, and the Dean of Students to create tailored outreach plans for each school.
• Set and monitor KPI targets, aiming to increase alumni participation and donor retention.
• Oversee segmentation, personalization, and scheduling of appeals across multiple communication channels.
• Manage LYBUNT and SYBUNT programs to re‑engage lapsed donors.
• Supervise the Annual Giving Coordinator and Student Engagement Center Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate donor data, reporting, and stewardship activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in higher‑education fundraising or development.
• Strong analytical abilities to track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse university units.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
