AI‑Native Product Designer

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an AI‑Native Product Designer to join its Lebanon team. The role blends high‑level visual design, user‑experience strategy, and hands‑on front‑end development using AI‑powered tools. You will create intuitive, polished digital experiences that feel both distinctive and effortless.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design process, from user research and persona creation to high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Translate product ideas and user problems into thoughtful, intuitive experiences, establishing visual standards for typography, layout, color, and interaction.
• Build functional front‑end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, turning designs into working interfaces.
• Leverage AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Lovable to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on designs.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual design, UI/UX thinking, and a range of creative solutions.
• Deep understanding of user journeys, personas, information architecture, and design systems.
• Comfortable working with AI‑assisted development tools on a daily basis and able to debug and refine AI‑generated code.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent taste in typography, spacing, visual rhythm, and micro‑interactions.
