AI & Sales Reporting Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented AI & Data Analyst / Sales Reporting Officer to turn daily sales data into actionable insights that support our commercial team’s decision‑making. The role combines data analysis, AI‑driven automation, and sales performance monitoring to improve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and validate daily sales data from the sales team.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers for management.
• Analyze sales performance by product, territory, salesperson, and customer segment.
• Monitor route efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support sales forecasting and target planning.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales and collection data.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Trade Marketing Supervisor to evaluate promotions and commercial campaigns.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
• Utilize AI tools and data‑analytics techniques to automate reporting and enhance decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, sales reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas).
• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation or data‑analytics platforms.

What we offer

• Competitive net salary of USD 800–1,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
• On‑site work in Sin El Fil, Lebanon.
