AI Product Lead

About the Role

Aspire Software is looking for a hands-on, impact-driven AI Product Lead to join our team in Lebanon. As we manage a diverse portfolio of software companies providing critical solutions across multiple sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our AI-first evolution by building products that deliver tangible value to our clients and the business.

Main Missions

• Identify, build, validate, and scale AI-powered product solutions that generate concrete business results.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, engaging directly with clients to understand and frame complex problems.
• Iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback to move from concept to functional solution.
• Define and track success metrics centered on adoption, retention, efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Drive cross-functional leadership, working closely with AI engineers and developers to ensure seamless execution.
• Prioritize product roadmaps based on validated learning rather than just backlog management.
