AI Creative Tools & Training Specialist

About the role

Capelli Sport (USA), a multi-sports brand based in New York, partners with Fact Universal (Lebanon) to manage back-office operations across several regions. It wants to strengthen its Graphic Design Department by introducing, implementing and teaching AI technologies that improve creativity, productivity and design workflows. The role focuses on training, guidance, technical support and AI integration rather than executing graphic design projects. Candidates must be willing to work according to American Standard Eastern Time and the position is not remote.

Key responsibilities

• Train graphic designers on AI tools used in their daily work, through workshops and individual sessions, covering prompting techniques and practical applications
• Develop training materials, tutorials and best practices
• Research, test and recommend AI tools for graphic design, image editing, vector graphics, 3D visualization and creative production, and guide designers in choosing the right tools
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot AI-related issues, and stay up to date on emerging AI technologies
• Identify ways to integrate AI into existing design processes and introduce solutions that automate repetitive tasks
• Work with the Art Department to build practical AI-assisted workflows that complement Adobe and other design software
• Set guidelines for responsible and consistent AI usage, evaluate the effectiveness of tools and training, and monitor adoption

Required profile

• Proven ability to train, guide and support creative professionals
• Strong communication, teaching, research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn AI technologies into practical solutions for graphic designers

Required skills

• Generative AI tools and their applications in graphic design
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion and AI automation platforms
• Knowledge of image enhancement, vector graphics, apparel design and 3D visualization is an advantage
