Join Aspire Software, a dynamic software holding company, as an AI Automation Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our portfolio of SaaS companies by identifying operational inefficiencies and deploying rapid, high-impact AI solutions to drive growth and scalability.

Missions principales

• Go-to-Market & Revenue Operations: Build AI-driven outbound lead pipelines (automated scoring, sequencing, churn prediction), automate sales validation workflows, and trigger automated upsell/renewal proposals.
• Customer Support & Knowledge Systems: Automate ticket triaging, routing, and updates; implement AI-powered after-hours coverage; and develop internal knowledge bases from historical ticket data.
• Finance & Administration: Streamline professional services billing, time tracking, and revenue recognition processes through intelligent automation.
• Operational Excellence: Identify time and cost leakages across Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations departments and execute rapid deployment of automation workflows.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as an automation expert or operations specialist in a fast-paced environment.
• Execution-oriented mindset: you focus on delivering tangible results and solving real-world business bottlenecks.
• Ability to work autonomously within a decentralized model to support multiple business units.
• Strong analytical skills to identify "waste" in business processes.

Competences requises

• Advanced mastery of AI orchestration tools: n8n, Zapier, and Make.
• Expertise in leveraging LLMs and AI models (e.g., Claude, GPT) for workflow integration.
• Strong understanding of business operations (SalesOps, RevOps, or SupportOps).
• No complex coding or model training required, but a deep understanding of API integrations and logic-based workflows is essential.
