About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Digital Marketer to lead and execute full‑funnel digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The role blends creativity, analytics, and technical expertise to boost brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement full‑funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Execute SEO initiatives and ensure accurate tracking.
- Oversee retargeting, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
- Improve conversion rates through CRO tactics and customer‑journey enhancements.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with ROI analysis and growth recommendations.
- Ideate and create content for social media channels.
Required profile
- Proven experience in advanced digital marketing and campaign management (4+ years).
- BA in Marketing or Digital Marketing; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.

- Meta Business Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools – primarily SEMrush
- Conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
- Paid media optimisation and performance marketing
- WordPress, Elementor, Shopify or other CMS platforms (optional)
- AI marketing tools and automation platforms (advantage)
