About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance‑driven Advanced Digital Marketer to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The role combines creativity, analytics, and technical expertise to boost brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full‑funnel digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement SEO strategies and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Oversee retargeting, audience segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Improve conversion rates through CRO tactics and customer‑journey enhancements.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with ROI analysis and growth recommendations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in advanced digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Hands‑on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup.
  • Strong understanding of paid media optimization and performance marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, branding, and social‑media growth.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, or other CMS platforms (a plus).
  • Experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms (an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
