About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and performance‑driven Advanced Digital Marketer to lead and execute full‑funnel digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The role combines creativity, analytics, and technical expertise to boost brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute full‑funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Implement SEO tactics and ensure accurate tracking.
- Handle retargeting, audience segmentation, and marketing‑automation workflows.
- Improve conversion rates through CRO techniques and customer‑journey enhancements.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with ROI analysis and growth recommendations.
Required profile
- 4+ years of proven experience in advanced digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project‑management, and organisational skills.
- BA in Marketing or Digital Marketing; relevant certifications are a plus.

- Meta Business Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush (or similar SEO tools)
- Conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and event setup
- Paid‑media optimisation and performance marketing
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies
- WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
- AI marketing tools and automation platforms (advantageous)
