Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role

The Accountant will manage routine accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and maintenance of financial records. You will support monthly and year‑end reporting while upholding internal policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and record accounting entries for revenues, expenses, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with banks.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Process vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Prepare periodic financial schedules and reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and related analysis.
• Monitor receivables and payables, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including adjustments and accruals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Navision ERP data entry.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
