Accountant – Daily Accounting & VAT Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a motivated accountant with 3‑4 years of experience to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial operations. The role involves handling the full spectrum of accounting activities, from transaction recording to tax filings.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare journal entries, invoices, and perform reconciliations.
- Execute monthly and yearly closings.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and petty cash.
- Handle VAT and other tax filings in accordance with Lebanese regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department and liaise with internal teams for financial information.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Lebanese accounting and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Lebanese accounting and tax regulations.
