About the role
Podify is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships and drive the success of podcast and social media campaigns. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal production teams, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
- Provide clear briefs to design, video, audio, and copywriting teams.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on client platform performance.
- Plan and oversee social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Communicate daily with clients via email, WhatsApp, Slack, and scheduled Zoom calls.
- Write and edit content for social media, newsletters, and other channels.
- Review production assets for quality and guide revisions.
- Track deliverables to support monthly invoicing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account or client management.
- Strong background in social media marketing.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with knowledge of American English.
