Yoga Studio Coordinator

About the role

RAM Holistic Wellness is seeking a part‑time Yoga Studio Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Horsh Tabet. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage daily studio operations, and help create a welcoming, organized environment that reflects the company’s values of integrity, authenticity, and disciplined practice.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist studio visitors, answer phone inquiries, and provide clear information about classes and services.
• Manage class registrations, check‑ins, and attendance tracking using the studio’s scheduling system.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of practice spaces, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
• Support the coordination of events, workshops, and in‑studio promotions.
• Assist teachers and management with studio needs, including background music and ambiance setup.
• Prepare basic reports on attendance and studio usage.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with teachers, students, and partners.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and a calm, professional presence during busy periods.
• Interest in yoga, wellness, or holistic practices; prior experience in a studio, hospitality, or wellness setting is a plus.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle schedules, bookings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English; additional local language skills are considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with common office and scheduling software.
