Web Development Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Project Manager to coordinate and deliver web projects for a global healthcare audience. You will own projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple web development projects simultaneously, creating timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, marketing, content) and assign tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks early and take corrective action.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project information in our PM system and communicate status, risks and decisions to management.
• Run project meetings, document actions, owners and deadlines, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Improve workflows, processes and SOPs, and ensure completed work meets project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional website development project management experience.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confident communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of project outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or Jira.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Understanding of dev workflows, sprint planning, QA processes and coordination between design, development and client teams.
