Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator joins SARA Group’s Supply Chain Operations team in Lebanon, ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate shipment handling, and effective coordination between procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Enter inbound shipments accurately and promptly using ARJ and Microsoft Dynamics AX systems.
• Monitor warehouse teams to guarantee timely posting and processing of shipments.
• Track quarantine inventory and communicate updates to suppliers via the Procurement team.
• Coordinate export shipment collections and prepare all required commercial and shipping documentation.
• Manage courier shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and tracking.
• Update master files, verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and pricing.
• Arrange direct deliveries from ports to project sites, adhering to schedules.
• Ensure containers are delivered and positioned on time at warehouses or project locations.
• Maintain records of stock transfers between third‑party logistics warehouses and Roumieh facilities.
• Serve as the primary communication link among Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with third‑party logistics providers to optimize material flow and delivery performance.
• Prepare regular reports on inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, stock movements, and operational activities.
• Support monthly closing activities in coordination with Finance.
• Identify operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling shipment records.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple departments and external partners.
• Organizational ability to manage several priorities and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with ARJ system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
