About the role

The Warehouse Assistant Manager at Capital Partners supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory flow and maintaining high safety and organization standards. This position plays a key role in coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, organizing, and managing warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate inventory control processes including receiving, storage, retrieval, and dispatching.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with business needs.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, recommending maintenance or upgrades as required.
• Assist in preparing reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues for management review.
• Support the development and training of warehouse employees to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
