About the role
The position is for a waiter or waitress working AM shifts from Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday at Cafe des Lettres.
Key responsibilities
- Order taking and ensuring guests service
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver high-quality meals
Required profile
- Experience in a la carte service
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a friendly, professional guest experience
- Knowledge of food & beverage and food service operations, including basic food safety and hygiene practices
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors
- Previous experience in catering, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work in a fast-paced environment
