About the role

MOMAKI is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join its Front of House team in the Metn Area. The role involves delivering friendly, efficient service, accurately taking orders, and contributing to a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, following service standards.
• Answer guest questions, assist with menu selections, and ensure satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork orientation.
• Customer‑focused with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service; immediate availability is advantageous.
