About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive waiter to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will interact directly with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable throughout their dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel comfortable.
- Learn menu items and describe them accurately to guests.
- Take beverage and food orders promptly.
- Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
- Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues immediately.
- Clear dirty dishes from tables efficiently.
- Present the guest’s bill and thank them for dining.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current promotions and new products.
Required profile
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on guest comfort.
- Attention to detail to monitor guest satisfaction and resolve problems quickly.
Required skills
- Knowledge of menu items to describe them appropriately.
- Ability to take and deliver orders efficiently.
