Waiter – Hospitality Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our hospitality outlets in Lebanon. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high‑quality service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain clean and well‑set tables, resetting them efficiently after each service.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Experience or knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations and basic menu understanding.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with kitchen/bar staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays safely, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and flexible shift worker.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
