Waiter & Barista (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

Join Beit Youssef Restaurant as a full‑time Waiter and Barista. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high‑quality food and coffee service in a vibrant, community‑focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and beverages courteously.
• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks and other specialty coffees.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and coffee‑preparation areas.
• Set, clear and reset tables efficiently throughout service.
• Handle payments, process transactions through the POS system and issue receipts accurately.
• Answer guest questions, coordinate with the kitchen and support teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with polite communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic proficiency in local languages; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Espresso‑based drink preparation and coffee‑machine operation.
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system usage for payment processing.
• Cash handling and receipt issuance.
