Visual Merchandiser – Retail & Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Visual Merchandiser with a strong interior design background to elevate our brand image and enhance the customer experience through attractive in‑store displays. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in visual merchandising, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand standards.
• Create eye‑catching window displays, showroom layouts, retail corners, and event installations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on seasonal themes, promotions, and new product launches.
• Apply space‑planning and interior‑design skills to optimise product placement and customer traffic flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are consistently applied.
• Analyse customer feedback and sales data to refine visual strategies.
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or interior‑furnishing retail.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, colour theory, lighting, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with solid commercial awareness.
• Flexibility to travel to different branches and work weekends or holidays when needed.
