Video Editor – LinkedIn Content (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to produce sharp, premium LinkedIn videos focused on A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design. The role is founder‑led and involves turning raw talking‑head footage, screen recordings, and website examples into engaging short‑form content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit LinkedIn videos ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Transform raw footage into polished social clips with captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply consistent color grading and basic sound design to maintain a premium look and clear audio.
• Create strong openings that hook viewers and repurpose longer recordings into bite‑size clips.
• Maintain a clean, data‑driven brand style while collaborating with a U.S.‑based team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional video‑editing experience with a strong portfolio of social‑media videos.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Good written English, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
