UX/UI Designer – CRO & Landing Page Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our fast‑growing, data‑driven growth marketing agency within the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) department. You will own the design of landing pages and digital experiences, turning insights into high‑converting layouts for both Arabic and English audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise landing pages across platforms such as Unbounce, HubSpot and Squarespace.
• Apply UX best practices – hierarchy, CTA placement, form design, trust signals – to maximise conversion.
• Collaborate with CRO analysts to align design with ad creative and campaign messaging.
• Write clean HTML/CSS and light JavaScript or platform‑specific scripts for custom interactions.
• Conduct lightweight user research, create wireframes, low‑fi prototypes and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and reusable component library.
• Monitor page performance metrics and provide monthly design performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on performance‑oriented digital products.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to work independently on end‑to‑end page builds.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Hands‑on experience with at least two page‑builder platforms (Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace).
• HTML and CSS coding skills.
• Basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripting knowledge.
