User Experience Designer – Full‑time, On‑site

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Hlaliyeh Saida. The User Experience Designer will understand user needs, conduct research, and translate insights into intuitive flows and interaction patterns. The role focuses on creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs while ensuring feasibility with product managers, developers, and business consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and turn findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs for web and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and consultants to align designs with project objectives.
• Participate in usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and maintain design consistency across platforms.
• Document design decisions and contribute to improving ZinGlow’s design processes and standards.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Design Thinking and user‑centered UX problem solving.
• Proficiency in user research methods and ability to translate insights into design.
• Solid visual design sense, including layout, typography, color, and design systems for web products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, communicate design decisions clearly, and present to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with responsive web design, accessibility standards, and modern UI/UX tools.
• Experience in a consultancy or agency environment and exposure to brand and business strategy is a plus.
