UGC Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative UGC Content Specialist who lives on the pulse of social media trends and can turn real‑world experiences into compelling short‑form videos. You will be responsible for producing authentic, on‑trend content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Create raw, authentic UGC‑style videos that align with current viral trends.
• Write scripts, record voiceovers, and edit videos for Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
• Film on‑location at cafés, events, showrooms, and street settings.
• Conduct spontaneous street interviews and capture genuine reactions.
• Monitor and apply emerging sounds, memes, and formats across social platforms.
• Manage the full production cycle from concept to final video, ensuring fast turnaround and high quality.
• Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas, promotions, and storytelling angles.

Required profile

• A natural content creator comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think creatively.
