Travel & Ticketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel & Ticketing Coordinator to manage all aspects of business travel for Securite Assurance. The role ensures smooth travel arrangements, compliance with company policies, and excellent service for internal travelers and walk‑in clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations and related travel services for business trips.
• Manage seminar and event registrations, handling associated travel logistics.
• Monitor flight schedules and itineraries, communicating changes promptly.
• Ensure travel plans align with company policies, approved budgets and business needs.
• Prepare, document and submit business travel expense reports.
• Liaise with local travel agencies and internal stakeholders to process travel requests and policy requirements.
• Issue travel insurance policies for walk‑in clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries and supporting documents for reporting.
• Uphold information security policies and report any incidents.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Travel Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time‑management and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Travel booking and itinerary management.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
• English proficiency – oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
