Travel Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of business travel for our staff. The role involves planning, booking, and supporting travel logistics while ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and related travel services for business trips.
• Handle seminar and event registrations, coordinating associated travel and logistics.
• Monitor flight schedules and itineraries, communicating changes promptly.
• Ensure travel plans adhere to company policies, approved budgets, and business needs.
• Assist in preparing and submitting travel expense reports.
• Liaise with local travel agencies and internal stakeholders to process travel requests and policy requirements.
• Issue travel insurance policies for walk‑in clients, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain comprehensive records of bookings, itineraries, and supporting documents.
• Uphold information security standards and report any incidents.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
