نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نتطلع لتوظيف محجز تذاكر سفر محترف للعمل في مكتب سفريات يقع في منطقة بيروت، شارع ليون في الحمرا. الهدف الرئيسي للوظيفة هو تقديم خدمات حجز تذاكر السفر للعملاء وتقديم المشورة بشأن وجهات السفر وأسعار التذاكر.
المهام الرئيسية
- حجز تذاكر السفر للعملاء باستخدام أنظمة الحجز بطريقة فعّالة.
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول وجهات السفر وأسعار التذاكر.
- الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع العملاء من خلال التواصل الفعّال.
الملف المطلوب
- مهارات التواصل الجيدة.
- القدرة على استخدام أنظمة الحجز.
- معرفة جيدة بوجهات السفر.
- معرفة بأسعار التذاكر.
- الخبرة في مجال السفر والسياحة.
