Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to lead the delivery of our training programs for individuals with disabilities and financial challenges, following the ProAbled Academy curriculum. The role involves managing all aspects of the training lifecycle, from candidate screening to post‑training follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates for the training program.
• Coordinate and implement training sessions in line with ProAbled Academy curricula.
• Collaborate with expert trainers to schedule and deliver field‑specific sessions.
• Manage training logistics, including venues, materials, and schedules.
• Prepare and present evaluation reports on training outcomes.
• Provide motivation, support, and follow‑up to candidates throughout the program.

Required profile

• Academic background in social work is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience as a training coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience working with people with disabilities or financial challenges is a plus.
• Previous experience in NGOs is advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
