Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will drive growth for Transmed’s own brands by identifying new business opportunities, developing market‑specific strategies, and ensuring effective execution of trade plans across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with market distributors to sustain long‑term partnerships and maximize brand support.
• Achieve volume and value growth targets within allocated budgets (A&P and trade spending).
• Analyze brand sales data and market‑share trends to generate actionable insights.
• Oversee POS material implementation at points of purchase, ensuring alignment with merchandising guidelines.
• Lead country‑specific promotional processes, from briefing to post‑evaluation.
• Coordinate forecasting, stock levels, and order processing with factories and markets.
• Conduct market visits to monitor shelf placement, POP drivers, and competitor activity, recommending in‑store solutions.
• Communicate brand plans to distributors, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
• Define core‑range distribution and merchandising guidelines per channel.
• Support new product launches and line extensions through implementation plans and category roadshows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
