TikTok Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist

About the role

World of Business, a full‑service digital marketing agency, is seeking a TikTok Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist to recruit, onboard and support TikTok LIVE streamers. The role combines creator acquisition with ongoing talent development to drive engaging live content for the agency’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential TikTok creators through direct outreach, referrals and creator communities.
• Explain the agency’s support, onboarding process and expectations to prospective streamers.
• Coordinate successful onboarding and maintain ongoing communication to support activity, consistency and engagement.
• Review LIVE performance, pinpoint improvement areas and provide practical guidance.
• Address creator concerns and liaise with internal teams to resolve account or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment progress, onboarding, active creators and performance metrics.
• Support creator retention and ensure compliance with TikTok’s community guidelines and LIVE requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting and managing TikTok LIVE streamers within an agency or creator network.
• Clear understanding of TikTok LIVE operations, onboarding, engagement and performance metrics.
• Strong outreach, persuasion and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate past recruitment results and post‑onboarding support.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Currently based in Lebanon.
