Thinner Department Officer

About the role

The Thinner Department Officer is responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of thinner products, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing daily production schedules based on sales, export, and warehouse requests.
• Prepare batch formulas in coordination with the QC department.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend updates.
• Request, inspect, and receive raw and packaging materials from warehouses.
• Maintain accurate production records using PIMS.
• Supervise department personnel to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Enforce safety and PPE regulations and keep the workspace clean.
• Identify potential risks and report them to the production manager and QHS officer.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and performance appraisals.
• Monitor attendance, conduct monthly evaluations, and manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies.

Required profile
