Tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in Computer Engineering

About the role

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the School of Engineering invites applications for a tenure‑track faculty position in Computer Engineering at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, effective September 2025.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Engineering.
• Develop and maintain an active research program.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Contribute to departmental and university service activities.
• Potentially teach at the Byblos and/or Beirut campuses according to departmental needs.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Specialization in any area of Computer Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Record of scholarly research and a commitment to academic service.
